Because the issue was never just food. Or productivity. Or control.
It was safety.
And when safety isn’t present, we leave the body.
This course is about returning.
Not through force.
Through embodiment.
What This Course Is

Embodiment is not self-love slogans. It’s not pushing yourself to “feel everything.” It’s not losing structure or discipline. Embodiment is the ability to:

Stay present in your body

Feel without shutting down

Make decisions without constant self-monitoring

Live aligned with your values
Many coping behaviours - eating struggles, perfectionism, rigidity, over-functioning - are intelligent attempts to create safety.

Disconnection became adaptive.

Embodiment is the repair.
This course teaches embodiment as a learnable, practical skill - something you can integrate into your everyday life.
Who Is This For

This course is for you if:

This course is not:

A replacement for therapy or medical care

Acute eating disorder stabilisation

A meal plan

A quick mindset shift
If you are medically unstable or require intensive support, please seek appropriate professional care first. This course is about steady integration — not emergency containment.

Welcome & Orientation
​We begin slowly.
You’ll learn how to move through the course at the rate of safety - not urgency.
This section dismantles the pressure to “heal perfectly” and sets the tone for embodied integration.

Returning begins with staying — just a few seconds longer than usual.
Learning & Remembering the Language of the Body
Embodiment is remembering who you were before you started shrinking.
In this module, you’ll explore:

The body as inner resource

The three stages of embodiment: awareness, listening, application
This is where reconnection becomes personal.
The Four Cornerstones of Embodied Listening
A clear, practical framework for working with your body in real time.

You’ll learn to navigate:

States of Being — nervous system regulation and daily preventative care

Interoceptive Awareness — creating space between trigger and response

Physical Sensation — separating raw sensation from mental narrative

Emotion — allowing feelings to move instead of analysing them away
This is structure without rigidity.
Living Embodied in Your Day-to-Day Life

Embodiment doesn’t live on a yoga mat.
It lives in how you - Eat, Work, Rest, Move, relate
You’ll integrate: Nervous system self-care, gentle routines, values-based decisions, flow states, presence in ordinary life.
Instead of asking, “Am I doing this right?”
You’ll begin asking, “Am I here?”
Worth, Integrity & Living an Embodied Life

Embodiment ultimately reconnects you to worth.

You’ll explore:

Worth as a felt sense — not an achievement

Cultural forces that profit from your disconnection
