Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching

What is an eating disorder recovery coach, you ask? Well, the role of a coach differs from that of a psychologist, dietitian, or any other recovery team member. Coaches predominantly support clients with behavioural change, the in-real-time stuff. We do this by collaboratively exploring your experiences, breaking them down, looking at them from different perspectives, dissecting the useful information, and then developing strategies to support aligned behavioural change! We also help with the implementation of these recovery-aligned changes through between-session support. We're pretty much like your recovery side-kick.

We support clients to integrate everyday small changes that amount to big changes. This happens through insightful activities, guided practices, food and lifestyle challenges, and thought-provoking educational resources.
